Bit of an odd one but has anyone had this issue on the PS4 version of minecraft? I know it’s a known bug in the game but can’t find any fixes for it?

This doesn’t answer my question in any way. Just bought the game so really not happy that I can’t use it for its actual purpose. Could I have a proper response please?
