@MojangSupport when I try to log in to my Microsoft account on my ps4, is says “something went wrong” but doesn’t tell me what, and it won’t let me manually sign in. Help?

I read through this and couldn’t find the answer I needed. Why am I unable to log in? And my “clear sign in data” button doesn’t appear to do anything. It’s just decoration.
