@MojangSupport Hi ! Can't seem to receive the mail for resetting my password but I can receive mails from support. What date were the requests you're currently treating published on, if that's okay to ask ?

Hi again ! It has now been more more than 2 weeks after my request and I still haven't received an answer. I know there must be a lot of tickets these days, but I just want to be sure I was not skipped or that there is no issue.
