Hey @MojangSupport since the introduction of “new”Minecraft my son can’t play the new version! 😔. Playing on PS4. We only ever get this message.Pretty sure our data isn’t full. Any help? Please!!!!! It’s been months and we still can’t fix it!

Ok so I did this. Still no luck! Anyone else having this issue? My son and I can only play the classic version, not Bedrock version! It’s very annoying! It’s been months!
