@MojangSupport I play the bedrock edition on switch. Been having problems with it for a bit but now its at an unacceptable level of frustrating. Ill deal with it taking forever to load the game but now all my skins and texture packs are telling me to rebuy them. Where did they go

Please try restarting your game application as well as logging out and into your Microsoft account in the game settings. I hope this helps! ^SA

I tried restarting the game app, logging out, and uninstalling then redownloading the game app. Nothing worked. Its telling me to purchase everything again and i didn't get my coins back. I have the emails confirming my purchases and my money and content just dissapeared.
