@MojangSupport provided transaction ID 4 months ago now and still no password reset... just 1 copy and paste response since then. How long does it take!?

But 4 months!? Others are getting theirs reset in a couple of weeks!

Still no update, why is this taking over 4 months, I gave the transaction ID on the 4th January!
