@MojangSupport I have installed Google ar and installed Minecraft earth and when I press let's play and it goes to Xbox sign in and I've been stuck on this for 30 minutes

I tried force closing it twice and it still doesn't work I tried uninstalling it and re installing it and same with Google ar but it doesn't work any other solutions?
