@MojangSupport Yo! Why can I not connect to a world used by an iOS player when I'm on Android. Both have up to date games and privacy via Xbox is correct. What gives? Paid $7 for a game I can even play.

Because Minecraft Pocket Edition syncs with your Microsoft/Xbox Live account, downloading the Xbox app to your phone, signing in and restarting Minecraft could fix the issue. You may also try force-closing and relaunching Minecraft and fully resetting your phone. ^SA
