@MojangSupport I had an error on buying mindcraft java edition, i thought the payment did not succeed , so i tried 3 times in total. But the payment went through , so i payed 3 times, and did not even recieved 1 download code. Also send a email with the proof of the payment.

If you have not received an email from Mojang containing a Transaction ID, this means the order has failed and we are not able to refund incomplete orders. We recommend contacting your bank to have any pending authorizations resolved. I hope this helps! ^SA
