@MojangSupport I purchased a Minecraft Master Pack via Microsoft Xbox over a week ago, and the 1,000 minecoins still haven't appeared on my account. I sent a email to Mojang Support, and no reply yet. How can I get this fixed?

Hi, it's now been two weeks and no reply from Mojang. I provided my order number with my original message, there is no receipt because I bought it online. How do I fix this issue? This is ridiculous.
