@MojangSupport we just bought and downloaded Minecraft but every time I tried to log into my account it tries to make me pay again. I know we payed for it because my mom bank emailed her that she purchased it.

If you've received an email with a Transaction ID from Mojang, the purchase was successful and you should be able to create your profile here accounts.mojang.com. If not, we recommend contacting your bank to resolve any pending charges. ^SA
