my free Realms minecraft server is having some lag issues most likely, one of my friends can't place blocks anymore
is there a way to refresh the server?
like turn it off and back on again?

Sometimes temporary issues occur, but we recommend closing and re-opening your Realm if you're experiencing problems with placing blocks or friends joining. I hope this helps! ^SA
