Everytime I load the game, it states “Failed to Load character 2”. It will not render my profile avatar/character. It also shows around 80% of my purchases as unpurchased. The skin pack I had on my realm (Norse mythology) has been forcibly removed and it’s show I have to buy it.

Same here. It they aren’t concerned about that. They’re only concerned about the marketplace bug.
