Please check your email for a message from Mojang containing your Transaction ID and a link to create your profile. If you didn't receive an email with a Transaction ID, your purchase may be in a failed-pending stage, and should refund automatically within 24-48 hours...

I haven't received transaction Id and this happened to me two weeks ago and I don't have my money. I don't get email replies, so I came to twitter to try

Mojang are you kidding me? Since March 21, I sent you an email and only a simple bot answers me saying that you are seeing the problem! I paid to have the game and I can't play! It doesn't seem fair to me. I need an immediate response.
