Thank you for not giving a stock answer. Tickets 134951 and 267789 have been outstanding for almost 4 months. Please, how old are the tickets that you are currently working on?
It's been 4 months, if you have 50 staff working 8 hour days, 5 days a week, and assuming you allocate a generous 5 minutes to each support request, that is 384,000 tickets that you've dealt with before ours. Can you honestly tell me that's the case!?
