@MojangSupport Hi, minecraft was working on my computer. I got a new laptop but didnt remember my minecraft password. I made the forgot password steps but for 3 questions I only remember 2 of them. I can provide ID cards. Now I cannot play on any computer. How do I fix it?

I'm sorry for the trouble receiving the email to reset your security questions. Please verify that the email from Mojang didn't arrive in your junk/spam folders, and try making the request again in a few hours if the issue persists. I hope this helps! ^SA
