@MojangSupport Hi. I'm a parent trying to approve my child's access. This is on OSX to buy the game. I follow the link in the verification email, enter my CC info, and I get an error. Called CC company, no charges *attempted* so error on your end? Tried 2nd card too, same problem

I'm sorry for the continued trouble. It's most likely that this is a temporary issue and will resolve with time, but unfortunately we're not able to troubleshoot payment issues here. We'd recommend trying to make the authorization on a different device, or private tab....
