@MojangSupport Hi, minecraft was working on my computer. I got a new laptop but didnt remember my minecraft password. I made the forgot password steps but for 3 questions I only remember 2 of them. I can provide ID cards. Now I cannot play on any computer. How do I fix it?

I did it about 30 minutes ago and the page said: Mojang Change security questions Success! An e-mail has been dispatched and should arrive in your inbox momentarily. Go check your inbox! but I received nothing on my email address My email address is volkboys@hotmail.com
