@MojangSupport We have created a realm, have parental consent on our side, double checked friends name multiple times and still getting the message that friends name is not found. Could it be that she doesn't have parental consent? Or is it something else?

Because parental consent is required to access Realms, it's possible your friend's account needs consent first. You might try restarting your Realm however as this can help with issues when new players join. I hope this helps! ^SA
