Some payment methods, like pre-paid credit cards will not work on the Minecraft website. You'll initially receive a pending charge, but this won't finalize until you receive an email with a Transaction ID. For more information visit: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^SA

Sorry but this really doesn't help me with a refund and I purchesed the game twice thinking that it was really problem with the card. So, what you are saying is that I won't receve refund untill I have a transaction ID? Is that right? And how can I have that number?
