@MojangSupport Hey I sent an email a couple days ago regarding an old account I made around 9 years ago that I needed both my email and password changed, I sent a transaction id along with it and everything and only received instructions for common issues.

Even after I repeated my message I still have yet to receive a response. Would someone be able to please let me know if I'm still able to recover my old account or not?
