@MojangSupport Each time I try to preorder minecraft dungeons, it says "an error occurred while placing order, please verify card info and try again" and I've checked multiple times that this is correct but the problem persists. What should I do?

Try purchasing the game with a different internet browser or from a different device. This should resolve your issue :).

@MojangSupport I was able to purchase it this way, thanks for all the help! (By the way, is there a way to preload it? I heard there was a beta for it but the M:D launcher only has the preorder option.)
