@MojangSupport your help page is useless, i have not got access to the email address or transaction ID of my OG minecraft purchase from years back. I am fed up of being sent in circles, to contact support i need the details i dont remember and if i did i would be able to log in!!

I guess you didn't quite get what i said, I tried to do that, and you are asking for the information i cannot get to as i have a legacy minecraft account and no access to the email address used as it has been YEARS so i dont remember my security details to regain access to it.

I don't have the username as its been years, i dont have access to the email used to purchase it so can't get the transaction ID. I bought the game in beta, afterwards i lost access to PC gaming for years, so bought it for ps3 and ps4.. This is why digital games are shit!
