@MojangSupport On your website, it says that I get windows 10 edition for free because I already owned Minecraft before windows 10 edition came out. However, when I try to claim the code it says that somebody else had already claimed it. Please help.

@MojangSupport I have done this already a while ago, but communication through email is quite slow and they did not understand my problem.
