@MojangSupport How many times can i expect to get the same copy and pasted email from you, I say that the code for my win10 minecraft is used and Jen emails me to say how I can change my password, Jen that was the first thing i did and i've told you that in the last 4 emails.

Reference 222040. I shouldn't have to resort to social media to get an issue raised back in January looked out. But looking at other tweets clearly i'm not alone.
