@MojangSupport have been trying to recover my account since February after it was hacked. I have already supplied your bot with the necessary information such as transaction ID and proof of purchase but you guys keep sending the same automatic emails instead of resetting my acc

Thank, unfortunately I provided all the information necessary to your support and after a week I have not yet heard back when I could except my account back. Especially being quarantined I would love to play some Mincraft again and it would be a shame if I had to buy it again.
