@MojangSupport our realm is lagging really badly, with 10s of seconds of block delay and random teleporting and whatnot, are the servers down right now or something? it does seem to only happen when our friend joins so could it be a problem on his side?

The problem you've described sounds like a temporary issue and should be resolved very soon. Please try restarting your Realm, and if the issue persists, you can report a bug here: bugs.mojang.com/ ^SA
