@MojangSupport I am unable to play on realms due to the way my microsoft account is set up. I have already changed the settings to allow/everyone and it still wouldn't let me join realms. I have also tried to reinstall the app and restarting me phone.

Because Minecraft on Xbox syncs with your Microsoft/Xbox Live account, downloading the Xbox app to you PC from the Microsoft Store and restarting your console could fix the issue. If this doesn't work, you can reach Xbox Live Support here beta.support.xbox.com/contac… ^SA
