@MojangSupport we're in lockdown and my disabled daughter has forgotten her password and your email hasn't arrived. She can't play and she doesn't understand why you aren't helping.
I did this 2 days ago? If I DM you the email address we just need a password reset link. The email is kosher, we're always buying coins which you'll see on the account. Probably the last time was only a week ago.
