@MojangSupport Hello, I'm having issues signing in to my Minecraft account. I've reset the password various times and still can't log in, nothing happens when I try to log in on my browser and the client says that it's the incorrect credentials. Thank you for your help.

I don't think I will be able to find my transaction ID. I've had the account for many years, and if it was sent to my email it's probably gone because I have the habit of deleting old emails. Does this mean I can't be helped?
