@MojangSupport I am unable to play on realms due to the way my microsoft account is set up. I have already changed the settings to allow/everyone and it still wouldn't let me join realms. I have also tried to reinstall the app and restarting me phone.

I'm sorry that didn't work. You might also try closing and re-opening your Realm as this can resolve issues with players being unable to join. ^SA

Hello again, this error keeps popping up whenever I try to log in minecraft. I would like to try and reopen realms but i can't log in my account even if I used the xbox live app or the xbox website
