@MojangSupport I am unable to play on realms due to the way my microsoft account is set up. I have already changed the settings to allow/everyone and it still wouldn't let me join realms. I have also tried to reinstall the app and restarting me phone.

I'm sorry for the trouble with that! Please try downloading the Xbox Live app and signing into your account there, and then start the Minecraft Pocket Edition app again. I hope this helps! ^SA
