@MojangSupport I need assistance getting back onto a very old Minecraft account, and I no longer have access to the email. I have sent multiple report requests, but have not heard back and months have gone by. Please help!

This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical. You cannot charge people hard-earned dollars and go on to offer them zero assistance. If you care about your customers you would offer an actual solution. How hard could it possibly be to transfer my account to a new working email..?
