Some payment methods, like pre-paid credit cards will not work on the Minecraft website. You'll initially receive a pending charge which is finalized when you receive an email containing your Transaction ID. For more information visit: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^SA

None of that is helpful. I wasn’t charged twice. 1. I was charged but did not receive my Minecraft in-game currency. 2. I have been successful at making purchases in the past 3. Your customer support seems to be unresponsive 4. How did your answering tweet help? #frustrated
