@MojangSupport You guys are useless, you get a bot to reply to my ticket and leave me in the same position. Can i get some real help here? not just auto replies.

request ID 440506, I have been trying to sort this out since January. I have my email, original transaction ID and a user name. Yet you are still unable to provide me with the help I need. Just send the same automated email over and over again
