@MojangSupport I have minecraft on the switch and it never shows my friends are online to play with? Also It always asks me to sign in with a Microsoft acc even though I already have?

Hi again, the account you sync with Minecraft for Nintendo Switch is a Microsoft account, and included the Xbox Live account system as well. Please verify you've synced your game with the Microsoft Account you own in the profile settings page. I hope this helps. ^SA
