@MojangSupport Email customer support twice over last 5 days about account migration. Still have not heard back. You should be able to do better than that. How do I get ahold of a customer rep???

Still no response. It's been almost a month. Who can I email or call? These Tweet responses are the only interaction I have had to migrate my account to a new email to reset security questions. It shouldn't take this long.
