@MojangSupport How long is the backlog of tickets? I cannot get into my Minecraft account because I am not receiving reset mails on any mail accounts. I have created multiple tickets since February. Do you still care? Can I expect a reply this year?

Yes, I understand that. But in order to decide if I will just give up on waiting I would really like to know how big this backlog is. Is it a matter of some more days, weeks, months?
