Hey @Minecraft @MojangSupport So what do I do if I know my account is hacked but your guys support only sends generic emails. When do I get to talk to a real person about this.

I have sent an email, I've sent two. My friend also sent one. I haven't gotten any help on the matter except an email saying you cannot change my username. Which is odd given the original ticket and the reply didn't say anything about usernames but passwords.
