@MojangSupport So I orginally emailed your support email back on January 18th, and I have not received anything but automated emails about a backlog. I have my transaction ID and I'm emailing from my original email account, and still nothing. This is embarrassingly bad.

So I guess y'all don't have anything resembling an SLA then. Because I imagine a 67 day and ongoing time would be well outside that SLA. Apologizing for a long delay is reasonable after a week, not nine weeks.
