@MojangSupport Hi, what’s the expected response time for Mojang to respond to Zendesk tickets? I know you’re overloaded at the moment. Need to keep the kids occupied so wondering if this will be a matter of hours or a matter of days....

@MojangSupport It's been 6 days since I opened a ticket. I received one email with FAQ stuff for common problems. I've sent proof of purchase/receipt with tx # three times - still no resolution and no response. Why does it take almost a week to resolve this??? Ticket #352239

@MojangSupport Still no reply to either tweet or email. Unbelievably terrible customer support. I understand you are busy but 10 days turnaround time to close out a ticket is absurd. I've provided receipts and transaction # on all email correspondence. Ticket #352239
