@MojangSupport Hey I bought a minecraft java gift code and i accidentally rubbed the first part in the code in a way that it is unreadable. is there a way to get the rest of the code?

I'm very sorry for the back and forth, but we're unable to manage/look up gift codes from third-party sellers until they're redeemed to a Mojang account. I hope the store is able to help you get a new card so you can join the Minecraft community soon! ^SA
