@MojangSupport Now when I respond to the support email for my current ticket #183755, I am getting auto generated new tickets. I need support for my current ticket, not future tickets generated. Where is any actual help!?

Please note that when responding to a ticket that has been closed, a new ticket will be generated that carries over the previous ticket's information. We are working requests in the order received as fast as we can and appreciate your continued patience. ^SA
