@MojangSupport could someone please help with the continual password resets? It's getting a bit much that I need to reset my password several times a day because some broken automated system is flagging my account as suspicious, ffs

I have sent multiple mails via this form -- I don't get replies. Why do you think I'm getting upset here? In addition, we bought two Minecraft licenses literally _years_ ago -- and now I have to try to dig up those transaction ids? I've tried, via PayPal, so far, no joy

The best parts are: 1. We legitimately own Minecraft licenses, when there are sites out there to generate free ones (I wanted to support the publishers of the game we play) 2. We _never_ play online so my question is: why, in the name of all good things, do we even need this bs?
