@MojangSupport Hi, today i tried to redeem a code for getting minecraft java edition, but when i reddemed it, it got stuck since an hour on a screen that says "making your order". In my email i recieved the confirmation that i did it, but in my account i dont have the game.

I had a similar problem when I redeemed my free copy of Minecraft Windows 10 edition. I was waiting there for an hour and then it said that this code has already been used before when I had just gotten a windows computer and was able to redeem it. and I bought Minecraft in 2013
