@MojangSupport I bought Minecraft: Java Edition a few months ago and downloaded it onto my desktop. I just got a new laptop and I’m trying to download the game there, but the website says that I don’t own Minecraft. I’m really confused and extremely frustrated 😩

While we're unable to share account info here, it's possible that you've registered a second Minecraft/Mojang account with a different email. You may want to try using a password reset with any other emails you frequently use here: my.minecraft.net/en-us/passw… ^SA
