I ran out of patience ages ago. You didn't address my problem and closed my ticket. Stop copying in a stock apology and address the issue already!!!

My Mrs got an email reply, same as the tweets. Stock reply and no action taken even when she supplied the information they asked for. I even tweeted @jeb_ to see if that might kick start somthing but got nothing for my efforts -.-
I've had this answer at least twice to my tweets about this situation, and so have many others.

You need to update your stock reply. Here's my suggestion: "Sorry we don't care, and are ignoring your issue. We'll send another stock reply and close your ticket in a few weeks, then you can start the process again. We appreciate your persistence (and money)."
