@MojangSupport I purchased Minecraft a long time ago and I redeemed my free Windows 10 Edition on my other Laptop which is broken. I tried to open Minecraft: Windows 10 on my other laptop and it keeps asking me to purchase the 'full version'. Please fix this!

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to play the full game. When only the demo mode is accessible, this means that you're logging in with an account that does not contain a Minecraft profile/username. Please visit help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… for possible solutions. ^TM
