@MojangSupport I submitted a help request through the Minecraft website regarding account access (same username in Minecraft as this Twitter account) in late December, but do not seem to have received a response since. How can I resolve the account access issue?

I understand a small delay, but this ticket hasn't been responded to for literally about three months. Is there anyone I can talk to about my specific ticket status?

@MojangSupport I received an automated e-mail response with suggestions based on my ticket. I replied to the e-mail with verification info for my account to regain access to it three weeks ago, and still have not heard a reply. When will my issue be solved?
