@MojangSupport, so I've had some problems trying to contact via support requests (help.minecraft.net/) (my requests disappear). Is there a way to contact more directly with customer support?

I'm sorry but its been more than a week and I havent had a response. The first request that I made was even deleted without me knowing why. Is there another way to contact support?
